Supervisor
I thought of this weekend as a joyful moment, suspended from everyday life, allowing us to go even further in taking our place. I noticed that very often, the desire for change remains mental. We have many wishes and desires, yet we are sometimes stuck. The goal is to move from the mental to the physical.
Thanks to the theater workshop led by our theater teacher Julie, we will experiment with movements, characters, personality traits, and emotions. We will dare to play with our voices and bodies and take on different and perhaps new postures while having fun.
Through choral singing, led by our choir director Damien, we will hear each other and make ourselves heard, while connecting with others in order to go a little further in daring, asserting ourselves, and taking our place.
Through coaching, led by myself, we will share practical coaching tools and each of us will make the connection between our personal and professional goals and what we learn in this adventure. My intention is for everyone to anchor these lessons from the seminar as much as possible so that they can then be applied in everyday life.
The aim of this seminar is to expand your comfort zone. Physically embody what you want for yourself. Develop your expression, take your place and gain impact.
The weekend will take place from Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 6 p.m. to Saturday, May 9, at 4 p.m.
